Network covers a wide geographical area encompassing Cornwall,
Devon, Somerset,
Wilshire and Gloucestershire with a population of over 4 million.
Hosted by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, the
network has two hubs, with Bath responsible for dementia-related issues
and the north of
the region, and Plymouth responsible for other
neurodegenerative disease-related issues and the south of the region.
