DeNDRoN support

DeNDRoN is able to provide a range of tailored support in developing grant applications. Access to this support is dependent on acceptance of the research group as a DeNDRoN Writing Group. Once accepted as a Writing Group the level of support provided will be tailored depending on the requirements of the research group.

Other support

Support for developing grant applications for the NIHR Dementia Themed Call is also available through the NIHR Research Design Service.

Research Design Services (RDS) are a key component of the strategy to make the NHS research intensive. They are funded by the National Institute for Health Research and can support researchers making applications for funding. There is a national network of 10 Research Design Services.

The focus of an RDS is to improve the quality of research proposals. Research Design Services (RDSs) provide help to those preparing research proposals for submission to peer-reviewed funding competitions for applied health or social care research. This includes advice and support on patient and public involvement.
