Clinical Studies Groups

The DeNDRoN Clinical Studies Groups (CSGs) are charged with the development of a portfolio of national multi-centre and local/pilot clinical trials and other well-designed studies.

The CSGs work to a broad, but common remit that includes, bringing together multi-disciplinary expertise, horizon scanning, identifying gaps, idea generation, and provide expert advice to researchers. The CSGs facilitate the formation of task forces and writing groups that consider new research questions and develop new and innovative proposals.

Each of the CSGs is formally constituted, with a system of membership rotation and a transparent appointment process for new Chairs.

CSG Membership is usually through open national competition and the next call for members will be Spring 2011.
