Governance Structure
DeNDRoN is a complex, distributed network and therefore requires an appropriate, transparent management framework to ensure good corporate governance. The DeNDRoN CC has implemented arrangements designed to engage and integrate different components of the network in decision making and risk management. Performance and financial management and day-today decision making and risk management is the responsibility of the Operational Management Board nationally and the LRN Executives and CLRN Management Groups locally. Steering Groups provide oversight and advice and act as a forum for information exchange and organisational learning. Working Groups support the operational management of the network in particular areas of work such as Patient and Public Involvement and Work Force Development.
